FIELD OF APPLICATION:
RTT Special Blue Cement is intended for the installation of RTT Universal (UP), Radial (RAD), and Bias (PN) Repair Units, RTT Minicombis, RTT Stems, Sealastic, Rema SV Blue
Cushion Gum, and Vulc Compounds. It is primarily designed for cold vulcanizing repairs, but may also be used in hot vulcanizing systems, as long as the temperature does not exceed 257° F (125° C).
NOTE
: Contact a Rema Tip Top representative for hot vulcanizing applications.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
:
Clean the area to be buffed with Rema Pre-Buff Cleaner Use a low-speed buffer (< 5,000 rpm) to buff the area to be repaired;
After the repair area has been properly buffed, clean the area with a brass brush to remove any buff particles
NOTE
: Do not use Pre-Buff Cleaner, solvents, or compressed air on the buff texture;
Apply an even coat of Special Blue Cement to the buffed area;
Allow to dry (drying time depends on atmospheric conditions)
NOTE
: Do not use compressed air, heat guns, or other artificial means to aid in the drying process;
After applying the repair unit, rotate tire so that the cemented area is located between the 10:00 and 2:00 o’clock position ;
Close container tightly after using
SHELF LIFE:
Four (4) years in unopened container from date of manufacture

Trichloroethylene (refer to MSDS for detailed data)
DRYING TIME
: Usually 10 to 15 minutes (drying time depends on atmospheric conditions, and may be longer in cold, humid areas)
WAIT TIME for RETURNING
TIRE TO SERVICE:
For cold vulcanization of repairs, 24 hours at a minimum temperature of 64° F (18° C) is recommended
For hot vulcanization of repairs, allow the repaired area to cool to ambient temperature
